Everyone wants to be a leader but there are only a few its called leadership. In the early stage of a children's life you will determine who is the leader and who is the followers, yes your right what your thinking, you can determine who is leader and who is not. For example, way back in High School I use to chased celebrity and if not enough I saddle my neighbors maid either to watch movie or watching live afternoon TV program. Until one day we have a school project, its about collecting the old newspapers, one day my classmates and I went to this exclusives subdivision, one of the celebrity is living there, and we ask the driver where is he. And the driver answer, "If you want to see him, just buy a ticket." Since then I realize that they are only nice in front of the camera. And I'm still not learning my lesson. I went to an afternoon live TV program. This time I almost lost my one shoe.
Since then I realize that isn't just right. So I stop chasing people, if its not meant to be then be it.
But what is the lesson there, stop chasing people or following people who gives you a heartache, at least follows people to uplift your spirit and mind as well make you inspired. Do your thing or mind your own business. Because a lot of people around you is so busy to work hard but you on the other hand use to complaint for everything, instead of following people or stalking your neighbor instead be busy on your own business, do something good be a leader of a good individual, a law abiding citizens and last but not least be an inspiration to everyone.
For you to become a good leader you must have these traits or characteristics. These are include the following.
1. Emotional Stability. Its been said that leadership, is making important but unpopular decisions.
2. Confidence
3. Transparency
4. Integrity
5. Inspiration
6. Passions
7. Innovation
8. Patience
A good leader must be able to tolerate frustration and stress.
Do you have these qualities or in traits? Then you have a potential to a good leader.
Are you comparing yourself to someone else? If yes I doubt you have a bad day everyday. First of all never compare yourself to someone else. Some they are working hard. To maintain their status in terms of money, lifestyle etc. What's they look like. Alright you went to the gym for a month but you didn't see the results. What happened. Alright your lifting the bar, treadmill but stil it doesn't work. That's where your food is concern. Don't ask me because I love Spaghetti and Chicken and French Fries and Ice Cream Cheese Burgers and Donuts. Tell me are they healthy. Definitely not. But its okay to have those as a treat once in a while. Not everyone can Mediterranean diet. Or vegetables salad or puree juice. So step by step you have to eat fuits and vegetables I didn't mean only vegetables you can mixed with meat. And try to watch watch a cooking show which all the ingredients are available in the market or supermarket must be simple and delicious too. ...
