Are You A Leader Or A Follower?

Everyone wants to be a leader but there are only a few its called leadership. In the early stage of a children's life you will determine who is the leader and who is the followers, yes your right what your thinking, you can determine who is leader and who is not. For example, way back in High School I use to chased celebrity and if not enough I saddle my neighbors maid either to watch movie or watching live afternoon TV program. Until one day we have a school project, its about collecting the old newspapers, one day my classmates and I went to this exclusives subdivision, one of the celebrity is living there, and we ask the driver where is he. And the driver answer, "If you want to see him, just buy a ticket." Since then I realize that they are only nice in front of the camera. And I'm still not learning my lesson. I went to an afternoon live TV program. This time I almost lost my one shoe. Since then I realize that isn't just right. So I stop chasing people, if its not meant to be then be it. But what is the lesson there, stop chasing people or following people who gives you a heartache, at least follows people to uplift your spirit and mind as well make you inspired. Do your thing or mind your own business. Because a lot of people around you is so busy to work hard but you on the other hand use to complaint for everything, instead of following people or stalking your neighbor instead be busy on your own business, do something good be a leader of a good individual, a law abiding citizens and last but not least be an inspiration to everyone. For you to become a good leader you must have these traits or characteristics. These are include the following. 1. Emotional Stability. Its been said that leadership, is making important but unpopular decisions. 2. Confidence 3. Transparency 4. Integrity 5. Inspiration 6. Passions 7. Innovation 8. Patience A good leader must be able to tolerate frustration and stress. Do you have these qualities or in traits? Then you have a potential to

a good leader.

How Do you Know The Person Is Real

Everyday you meet different people or in the community or in group pages. But the question is that a person is really exist. Or trying to get some pictures and become their profile picts. Anyway if you want to know that person is real or its really exist. Is when they have a Facebook account and Twitter or LinkedIn and Google or YouTube. If that person has all these accounts at least you know they are real. Facebook has a live video streaming as well as Twitter and of course YouTube there's a live streaming. So choose your friends and be connected to everyone. It's fun to have friends. Miles apart near in the ♥ heart.

Rules and Regulations must Be Followed At All Times

This is mandatory whether a house rules or in the company. We do always follow the rules and regulations and no one should be bending it. There's no exceptions no one. Sometimes we do not follow rules and regulations sometimes we bending it for our own benefit. And I bet you do some nasty things in life. That you end up grounded by your parents. And definitely I'm not exempted to that. Like years ago I was new to the dorms that I didn't know that at 10 PM strictly not allowed outside the room or facility. But my friend and I went outside and we don't bring a key and guess what we were grounded and just sleep inside the gate. Fortunately some friends stayed with us even they have a duty at 6am. That's how good friends are there in times of need they are there. And you don't need to be rich or top but surround yourself that will uplifting your mode and inspire you to do your best. Is It Really Okay To Give Up Some Things?

Sometimes, we do have things that does not necessarily we do have it. So when we invest or to buy something it falls to the needs. Because if not is only stuck in there. It's not only your using money but also makes you drain. So before you buy or purchase anything make sure that you need it. Not just for display only. But sometimes giving up means you have to give up because you can't go on. It's too much for a burden. You might ask me that. What happen to the hard work or the effort you put in. The time and money. Sometimes giving something makes you feel less but also you have to make sure that it won't happen again. Learn your mistakes. I know that it is not easy to do it. But you can be sad everyday because of the things that you want to hold but you can't actually keep it. But rather it will make you feel miserable everyday. So choose the best one and be happy.
