Are you comparing yourself to someone else? If yes I doubt you have a bad day everyday. First of all never compare yourself to someone else. Some they are working hard. To maintain their status in terms of money, lifestyle etc. What's they look like.

Alright you went to the gym for a month but you didn't see the results. What happened. Alright your lifting the bar, treadmill but stil it doesn't work.

That's where your food is concern. Don't ask me because I love Spaghetti and Chicken and French Fries and Ice Cream Cheese Burgers and Donuts. Tell me are they healthy. Definitely not. But its okay to have those as a treat once in a while.

Not everyone can Mediterranean diet. Or vegetables salad or puree juice.

So step by step you have to eat fuits and vegetables I didn't mean only vegetables you can mixed with meat. And try to watch watch a cooking show which all the ingredients are available in the market or supermarket must be simple and delicious too.

Once you do this. You will be surprised the changes  Okay you cannot achieved your desire weight and one week there is not like that. And never starve yourself. Because if you starve yourself your losing your energy and your strength and immune system.

It's not always is a winner in the games. You can't savor your victory without trial and error or hard work. When you loss as well your confidence will diminish but this time you know all your Mistakes. So you can motivate yourself and move on. Or surround yourself with a positive people so your confidence will improve to have a positive outlook in your life.

Is It Really Okay To Give Up Some Things?

Sometimes, we do have things that does not necessarily we do have it. So when we invest or to buy something it falls to the needs. Because if not is only stuck in there. It's not only your using money but also makes you drain. So before you buy or purchase anything make sure that you need it. Not just for display only. But sometimes giving up means you have to give up because you can't go on. It's too much for a burden. You might ask me that. What happen to the hard work or the effort you put in. The time and money. Sometimes giving something makes you feel less but also you have to make sure that it won't happen again. Learn your mistakes. I know that it is not easy to do it. But you can be sad everyday because of the things that you want to hold but you can't actually keep it. But rather it will make you feel miserable everyday. So choose the best one and be happy.
