in your feasibility study. You should know who will be your customers, if your products is for Class A, Class B or Class C & D. That's why there's a research to determine what kind of people are living in that particular place.

3. And last but not least you made your customers looking for you especially they bought the products within a warranty unless you are a franchisee then the customers proceeds to another branch. You leave behind the customers. But that's better if your moving for a better place. Then there's no problems. So make sure you have to research first before you put up your business.
