Not all the time a kindness is a giving things. If you are in the business, just simply use thank you, how may I help you, Please do come back again. And giving smile to your customers that makes your customers happy.

So not all the time its about giving and say thank you. Because you come across that your customers may vulnerable in easy to irritate for something, so just be gentle and kind words may create a good impression and your customers may always come back for more to your company.

And while the customers is in your business just tell them how much they should spend of the service that you rendered for them so they don't surprise at all.

When supposedly that the service is only a 550 but you charge them almost a thousands at least be transparent of what the customers pay. So they don't surprise at all. And always be appreciate your customers. And say thank you.

Just remember your not the only one that kind of business. You have lots of competition.
