But once you've

started a business its not about you but its about how you serve your customers, or clients. Yes you do have the privilege but you continually to innovate the service and to improve more faster and reliable.

You can't actually avoid some issues but at least you have to resolve it as much as possible. No but to resolve some issues.

And to avoid some issues you have to be firm of some of the rules and regulations. So that's one mistake that I'm soft. If you indicate that rule you have to implement it.

Being nice it's ok but be firm about or some trying to get some advantage of your kindness.

So when you do a business is 50/50 liability but how you deal it. That's how it matters and also give your customer a great support and but also be firm of your rules and regulations.

So in other words that you have to take care of your customers needs and wants. Just put yourself in their shoes and you understand why. So that's how it works.
