We all know that stress is one of our best enemy if you are making a decision when you are stress expect the disaster result. So before you make a decision just calm down. Think about those who are affected of your decision or you may regret forever.
Although stress is such not great but its part of the human being. So why were stress sometimes there are so many reasons, like a simple trivia. If you heard someone criticized you in person who would be happy if you heard it. Unless you ask their advice if not considered it as feedback that you can learned from it. That means more work hard.
But actually how can you avoid it. You don't need to avoid learned how to react in every situations with calm. But who am I to said that which I myself once in countered such situations to the point I act foolishly but with diplomacy. You know even you loose your temper always clear your mind.
That whatever you say to that person its forever in her/his mind. So before you say anything think about it first. Just like two character in the movie the one who played a goody goody the one who is really villain in real life. But the the one who is villain in a movie is actually a good guy. I've meet once the one who is angelic in the big screen in person she's screaming I mean I meet her when she's not in her best. While the one who is a villain in the big screen is a goody guy for a
simple he's giving me a candy in School.
Which I think these two character is in contrast in their real life. That means were too this kind of character sometimes people meetings us that we are not in our best mood. Because not all the time we are in good mood or conditions. So how we deal about it.
1. Avoid those things that may distract your inner peace.
2. Meditate or exercise
3. Be a nature lover.
