Reasons For Poor Performance And What To Do About It



When we are in the Schools we are just taught that we should always  come on time and later in  life we  applied what we have learned  in to apply in our job.  What you have learned you can apply to your  work but what if you turn out not so good or failed some areas or having a problems. Some employee are always late in work. So definitely there's a problems about it not  another training, instead ask them what's really causes, you'll see when you go to a doctor. The doctor ask you what's bothering you, let's say you have stomach pain, that's a symptom in  what's related to it.

Here are some Pooor Performances of the Workers


1.  Worker's don't know why they should perform;

2.  Worker's don't know how to perform;

3.  Worker's don't know what they should do;

4.  Workers think their way is better than yours.

5.Workers believe they will receive some negative results from doing what they are supposed to do.

And last but not least

6. Workers face personal problems such as psychological problems, financial problems and legal problems.

So Managers should approach management the way  medical doctors do approach physical problems and resolve the problems. It won't lead to perfection either but the goal is to start focus peoples attention to encourage them to be highly effective and to reward for doing so. And if everyone is satisfied then everyone is happy.

This is mandatory whether a house rules or in the company. We do always follow the rules and regulations and no one should be bending it. There's no exceptions no one. Is It Really Okay To Give Up Some Things?

Sometimes, we do have things that does not necessarily we do have it. So when we invest or to buy something it falls to the needs. Because if not is only stuck in there. It's not only your using money but also makes you drain. So before you buy or purchase anything make sure that you need it. Not just for display only. But sometimes giving up means you have to give up because you can't go on. It's too much for a burden. You might ask me that. What happen to the hard work or the effort you put in. The time and money. Sometimes giving something makes you feel less but also you have to make sure that it won't happen again. Learn your mistakes. I know that it is not easy to do it. But you can be sad everyday because of the things that you want to hold but you can't actually keep it. But rather it will make you feel miserable everyday. So choose the best one and be happy.

How Do you Know The Person Is Real

Everyday you meet different people or in the community or in group pages. But the question is  that a person is really exist. Or trying to get some pictures and become their profile picts. Anyway if you want to know that person is real or its really exist. Is when they have a Facebook account and Twitter or LinkedIn and Google or YouTube. If that person has all these accounts at least you know they are real. Facebook has a live video streaming as well as Twitter and of course YouTube there's a  live streaming. So choose your friends and be connected to everyone. It's fun to have friends. Miles apart near in the ♥ heart.
