Some of us sitting in our comfortable chairs in the office having an appointment with the VIP Clients or having in a computer screen.

But the real heart of the company is the operations where meeting a client and make a sale. And meeting different people in all ages groups. And I'm so grateful that I have a chance of observing all kinds of operations. Whether in Telecommunications, Banking, Restaurant, Malls, Real Estate and I see a hard working people who are committed to delivered a good services without question, I even meet some. And I would like to be proud of them to meet them. And I'm pretty thankful.

So let's give them an appreciation, because of them the Company or business will succeed.

So some customers are rude sometimes including me lol you know sometimes there are issues cannot be solve. And they will trying to understand what you need. They are also human have feelings. So let's treat them fair with respect.

And I'm here to say Salute to you regardless of what position you have. Whether you are a top Executive or a simply the lowest rank just remember your part of the success.

Rules and Regulations must Be Followed At All Times

This is mandatory whether a house rules or in the company. We do always follow the rules and regulations and no one should be bending it. There's no exceptions no one. Sometimes we do not follow rules and regulations sometimes we bending it for our own benefit. And I bet you do some nasty things in life. That you end up grounded by your parents. And definitely I'm not exempted to that. Like years ago I was new to the dorms that I didn't know that at 10 PM strictly not allowed outside the room or facility. But my friend and I went outside and we don't bring a key and guess what we were grounded and just sleep inside the gate. Fortunately some friends stayed with us even they have a duty at 6am. That's how good friends are there in times of need they are there. And you don't need to be rich or top but surround yourself that will uplifting your mode and inspire you to do your best. Even in the down time. That's why rules and regulations are pretty impor

Is It Really Okay To Give Up Some Things?

Sometimes, we do have things that does not necessarily we do have it. So when we invest or to buy something it falls to the needs. Because if not is only stuck in there. It's not only your using money but also makes you drain. So before you buy or purchase anything make sure that you need it. Not just for display only. But sometimes giving up means you have to give up because you can't go on. It's too much for a burden. You might ask me that. What happen to the hard work or the effort you put in. The time and money. Sometimes giving something makes you feel less but also you have to make sure that it won't happen again. Learn your mistakes. I know that it is not easy to do it. But you can be sad everyday because of the things that you want to hold but you can't actually keep it. But rather it will make you feel miserable everyday. So choose the best one and be happy.

How Do you Know The Person Is Real

Everyday you meet different people or in the community or in group pages. But the question is that a person is really exist. Or trying to get some pictures and become their profile picts. Anyway if you want to know that person is real or its really exist. Is when they have a Facebook account and Twitter or LinkedIn and Google or YouTube. If that person has all these accounts at least you know they are real. Facebook has a live video streaming as well as Twitter and of course YouTube there's a live streaming. So choose your friends and be connected to everyone. It's fun to have friends. Miles apart near in the ♥ heart.
