The New Beginning

One of the hardest things in life when you start a new beginning, in no particular order. As in there's a plan you are laying the plan and drafts , but the question where do you begin? Isn't it that we are just once starter. Do you remember your first day in School isn't it you were too young but then. You overcome those challenges and you face it with courage and remember you will cry because you have your first broken heart.

All of those things are challenges and if you overcome all of them then you are a master of your own self. Sometimes we have a doubt or feels guilty because some our decisions may affect others. Some will happy and some will cry. But we have to go on because along the lines whether you're decision is wrong is or not you will live without regret .

Happiness is not always be the case. Theres a rain and there's a sunshine. So cheer up there's a lot of good things awaiting for you.
So have fun and enjoy the moment.

Note: Note I suppose to be off for the whole week but writing its like part of my veins. And thanks for everyone's who will be with me and thanks so much my friends who are riding my journey. I've been thankful for your support all throughout.
Life changes is kind of difficult but I welcome aboard the new beginning and hopefully a new chapter. Opps I didn't yet any write a word of my book. So for those who belong to my chapter. I would greatly say and confidence that I've overcome and will learned and I take it as a lesson in life. I consider it as close. And that I would love to begin the new chapter and for those who want to come aboard of my journey I would welcome you.

Unexpected Happened

All our itenerary is base on our calendar or our availability. And sometimes we do some planning. In all our efforts is we put on our trip or whatever it is all about. But suddenly it will cancel for whatever reason. That's not okay. Sometimes if it's happen for a reason. So move on and go own with your life. But the most amazing and surprising things to do is that surprise your family rousing them to bed packed your bag and go somewhere for a day. And don't let them change their dress and put them on the car. You will be surprise this is truly memorable and even in a lifetime. I know someone did this he and he's nanny prepare for everything the foods and surprise the family rousing them to bed and go to the beach there's no clothes to change. And the resort no dress there available except for some shirt. That would be fun. You don't need to be rich for fun but it will truly memorable. Is Really Okay To Be Friends With Your Ex?

For months I've been bragged by this questions I believed its out of my topic so is this really related to my blog since its concerns with the ex. My answer to the question definitely yes. You might tell me that ex is irrelevant to your life since he/she's gone. Because no matter how painful your separation its should be remains to be friends especially if you have children together then set aside your personal agenda instead for the sake of your children. What if you have no children together is it still applied definitely as long as in good terms but you can be friends but not to the point you annoyed your ex everyday or you find yourself to be blocked. When Renting A Space

When your ready and exciting to start your business but you don't have a space yet, that's where you need a broker to look for your space and how much you need for your business. At the start you need to minimize your space and how long you've been renting let say one (1) year contract or 5 years contract or after that time you would be able to purchase your own space. Or to expand your business. There's so many possibility to happen during those times. That's why you need to be realistic. If you lease more space than your business requires, your monthly rent could consume an excessive chunk of your precious resources.
