But if you are the one in the customer service support you do understand that both side. That's why customers support its so important to help resolve the issue of the customer. When you say solving the problem as soon as possible. But sometimes you can't solve it right away.

Even the superheroes have their own limitations. But as the customer service support you have to do everything to resolve the problem of the client.
