Have you ever been struggling to applying a job. How many declined and you go for an interview and do offer none.
If you are a newly grad it's easy to be accepted that's the reality. So what's really behind it. I know lots of HR are probably reading this. But the first time to look at not the particular person but the Resume or Curriculum Vitae. If you have the impressive Resume then probably you've got the interview or else you're Resume will be tossed in the bin. For some they are keeping it for future hiring.
But go back to the question why is it the newly grad can be easily landed on the job while the experience one and expert to the field has been decline.
Assuming I'm the employer how can I hire a person it's intelligent than me and expert already. How can I train that. Of course I would hire a person that follows my order. Not in contradiction.
So if you are now more mature and expert to the field already. And you have a passion to do it every single day in every minute. Have you heard Entrepreneurial. Indeed try your luck in business.
Now you will ask me how can you aquire your capital? There are ways how to get a capital.
1. You can use your savings if you don't want to have a debt.
2. By means of Partnership you know 50/50 that means 50% for you and 50% for your Partner.
3. Or you can borrow to the bank or lending is specifically for the Small Business that wants to upgrade their business or to start their business. But if you really want to borrow at least your business existed at a couple of years or more than that.
4. Last resort you can ask your family.
So instead of stressing or struggling to apply why not starting your own business. And that way you can help those who need a job.
