Helping without a return that's charity or donation right. What do I mean be a giver not a receiver. If you are the giver means you are more blessed while the receiver the one who wish to have it and someone give it to them. So if you are helping someone without a return then you are truly blessed.
But also in business terms you can give it a free totally okay let's say you bought this one unit and you have a prevy by giving you a car or a van to make you start a business. And if I remember there is one project that if you purchase this house and lot they will give you a van to start your business.
So this company not only making their clients live there but also giving them a chance to have their own business. There's a saying "When you give a man a food then they will expect you to give them but teach them how to make a food and they will not expecting you for their food.
So being a beautiful one is blessed from God but just remember it will perish as you age. So be what you are and remain humble even you reach the stars already.
