We use to complain in everything in the comfort of your leather chair with computer. But we don't even realize that there are people who are struggle in every way.
Sometimes there are situation that you simply can handle and you need someone to assist you. But yes we do have a problems for the service but at least be nice to the person. Because that person has a feeling. They feel how you feel. So the customers service should have the patient and understanding to the customers or clients.
