When a person is like a robot I think that's waiting for an order that's a long time ago. I use to be like that. Just work what specified I have to do. That's mean you have a superior than you. Follow the order isn't it this is usually what we are doing. Just do the specific job. Just follow your boss order. But we have to forgotten that we don't really work because we love it. We just do it because you have paid what you have to do.
But one day when you have your own business especially Small businesses they do the all in one task. Since you have a limited resources and unable to hire another personnel. And you should have an initiative in not depending on someone else.
Always solve your problems by examining it first, what's wrong with it. And what are causes and remedy. But if you really can't handle at all then its better to call someone else who are eligible to do it. And if you are in your own business hours is not a matter anymore, even you sitting there for nine hour's nobody cares. Because you are not paid for your hours but what you accomplish.
This reminds me of a Sales Man, you we're paid not just your working hours but by how many sales do you have and you have your commission. It doesn't matter matter you sold out for your client an endless hours to convince her or within a minute. What's the important thing you got it. And you have your commission.
