Making a grocery for some is an errand in not fun. For me making a grocery is fun ever since when I was a little I don't know why. Well making a groceries is fun because you will see a lot of people shopping for their food. But what really I mean you have to budget at least for a month.
The foods that last for while I mean dry foods, you can stock a foods such as spaghetti noodles, can goods, powder drinks, condiments and so on. For the meat at least that last for a week I mean at least you can use it within a week. Don't to too much stock a wet food. Anyway, you can buy wet foods anytime. For the rest of your grocery you don't need too much at least a reserve. That good for a month. And do not stuck in there for too long.
And don't forget do not pick up what you don't need. That's what you really need only. In this you can save money for your foods. And for the toiletries, at least you buy only what you can use for a month such as shampoo, bath soap, and toilet paper, just replenish it when its needed and don't forget your laundry, detergent soap, powder for Washing machine, just check the good brand, so you don't loose your money and save. And this not enough try make a list of what you need before you go to the grocery. It saves you time and money and stick your budget as much as possible. Maybe a little exceed from your budget. But not too much.
