In a group team, there are people who are working together. Let's presume the house foundation if one of the post we're not good. The foundation will collapse. In other words that if one of the team will lost the trust and respect to the teams he always remove himself but without him will never be same again.
That's why a team building are the people who are trusting with each other and with great respect so that they will achieve that common goals.
So every members must know their capability and goals so that they may achieve their quota's. Have you put quota's in your work. Or in your
network. Let's say by the end of the day at least you have 100 followers maximum and minimum of 20. And if you got your goals but still too early you have to work more. That's a common goals of everyone to achieve. I don't know in call center but in marketing it does. You have to achieve this particular quota's and additional numbers means more compensation. So that means you have to compensate every members of great respect, kindness.
